If you find an identical product offered by an authorized retailer at a lower total delivered price, please contact us. We will be happy to review the offer and, where possible, consider a price match.

Price Match Conditions

To ensure a fair comparison, the following conditions apply:

  • The item must be identical to the product offered by YAMANI, including the manufacturer, model, size, blade steel, handle material, finish, and specifications.
  • The item must be in stock and available for immediate purchase from the competitor at the time of the request.
  • The competitor must be an authorized retailer or reputable online store selling genuine products.
  • The comparison must be based on the total delivered price, including the product price and shipping costs to the same destination.
  • Import duties, taxes, customs clearance fees, and other charges payable upon delivery are excluded from the comparison, as these vary by destination and remain the responsibility of the customer.
  • Promotional offers, clearance items, used products, auction listings, private sales, or pricing errors may not qualify for price matching.

How to Request a Price Match

If you have found an identical product at a lower total delivered price, please send us:

  • A link to the product on the YAMANI website.
  • A link to the competitor’s product page showing the current price and availability.

We will review each request individually and, where appropriate, do our best to offer a fair and reasonable solution.

Our aim is not simply to compete on price, but to offer genuine Japanese products with the quality, provenance, specialist knowledge, and service that YAMANI stands behind.

Please note: International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, customs clearance fees, and other charges imposed by the destination country. These charges are not included in our product prices or shipping fees and remain the responsibility of the customer.
