Special orders, custom-made products, and engraved products may not be cancelled or changed after the order has been confirmed.
3. Products
Natural whetstones, natural materials, and handmade products may vary in color, pattern, shape, weight, size, and surface appearance.
These differences are natural characteristics of the products and are not considered defects.
Product photos may also look slightly different from the actual product due to lighting or screen settings.
4. Knives and Blades
Knives are sharp tools. Customers are responsible for checking the laws and import regulations regarding knives in their country or region.
YAMANI is not responsible if an order cannot be delivered because of local import restrictions or regulations.
5. Prices and Payment
The price shown on our store applies to your order.
Prices do not include customs duties, import taxes, VAT, or other local charges. These costs are the responsibility of the customer.
