●Shipping Method

We primarily ship orders via Japan Post EMS . For orders weighing under 2kg, customers can choose between Standard shipping (EMS) and Economy shipping (International Small Packet ) .

The shipping method will be selected based on the destination, package size, weight, and service availability to ensure safe and efficient delivery.

●Processing Time

Orders are typically processed and shipped within 3–5 business days after payment has been confirmed.

If an item is temporarily out of stock or requires additional preparation, we will notify you by email.

●Estimated shipping time

-EMS: approximately 10-14 business days

-Air packet:approximately 2-3 weeks

Please note that these are estimates only. Delivery may be delayed due to customs inspections, weather conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control.

 

●Tracking
Tracking information will be provided whenever available. A shipping confirmation email will be sent once your order has been dispatched.

 

●Customs Duties & Taxes
