Explore a selection of his work, from Yanagiba and Usuba to Kiritsuke and Sakimaru, including rare collaborations with master blacksmiths such as Genkai Masakuni.

Most Shotaro Nomura knives are made to order upon request. Unless an item is specifically marked as “Ready Stock,” it is offered as a Made-to-Order / Request Order piece and will be prepared after your order is confirmed.
